East Australian Current individual mooring gridded product - daily and 10m depth gridded

This daily- and depth-gridded product of currents, temperature and salinity (one file per mooring) is produced from individual instrument files collected during six 18-month deployments in the East Australian Current (EAC) off Brisbane, Australia (2012-2022). As described in the 'Lineage' Section, there are two versions of each variable (TEMP, UCUR, VCUR, PSAL) in these files. One has missing data with fill values and the *_FILLED variable has missing data filled using a neural network Self Organising Maps (SOM). The data can be used for time series analysis of individual moorings in the EAC deployments. The product covering the period 2012-2021 as described in the paper by Sloyan et al, 2022 (linked below) is included as a separate file.
