Intron orthology

Orthology of all genes and transcripts of interest (containing either a minor, minor-like or hybrid intron) for model organisms. Included is also a table with orthologous introns of all minor, minor-like, hybrid introns, as well as major-like, major and non-canonical introns found in genes of interest. Orthologous genes and introns were identified using a reciprocal-best-hit approach. For more details on methods, please see the accompanying manuscript.
