Source-to-sea environmental monitoring data for Jiaozhou Bay under wet-weather nutrient loading, 2013–2022

This dataset contains deidentified environmental monitoring data for Jiaozhou Bay and associated inflowing sources. The package includes seawater quality, sediment quality, sediment grain size, inflowing river water quality and flow-status records, direct discharge source records, phytoplankton, zooplankton, macrobenthos, fish eggs and larvae, and biological quality records. The data support a source-to-sea assessment of wet-weather nutrient loading, wastewater phosphorus mass exposure, receiving-water stoichiometry, hydrographic structure, plankton responses, sediment geochemical stress, and benthic community changes in Jiaozhou Bay. Administrative and personnel information, including sampling unit, sampling person, checker/reviewer, reporting unit, contact information, and document metadata, was removed or redacted before public release. The package includes deidentified XLSX workbooks, sheet-level UTF-8 CSV files, a file manifest, sheet inventory, data dictionary, deidentification log, processing log, and SHA-256 checksums.
