Transcriptional profile of gamma-delta T cells in C.difficile infection

RNAseq data of sorted IL-17A-producing and IL-17A-non-producing gamma delta T cells from C.difficile infected mice Mesenteric lymph node from C.difficile infected mice were isolated and simulated in vitro with PMA/Ionomycin. IL-17A-producing cells were subsequently labled by cell surface cytokine capture and sorted by FACS.
