Paving the way to a neural fate - RNA signatures in naive and trans-differentiating Mesenchymal Stem Cells - transcriptome data

We conducted a detailed time-course RNA expression profiling during the early trans-differentiation of human bone marrow-derived MSCs (hBMSCs). Human BMSCs (C-12974) were obtained from PromoCell GmbH (Heidelberg, Germany). The cells were grown on fibronectin coated flasks and time-course samples were collected at 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 24 and 48 h after addition of a neurogenic differentiation medium.
