Comparison of CD74+ vs CD74- microglia/macrophages from the brain TME from 2 different type of tumors (B16/F10-BrM & H2030-BrM)

To investigate the properties of CD74+ microglia/macrophages compared to the CD74- microglia/macrophages in brain metastasis. Overall design: We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of CD74+ microglia/macrophages compared to CD74- microglia/macrophages isolated from 4 experiments of B16/F10-BrM brain metastasis (pool of at least 3 brains each) and 4 experiments of H2030-BrM brain metastasis (pool of at least 3 brains)
