该数据集包含功能小分子和锚定基团的合成制备过程及自组装单分子膜制备工艺；自组装单分子膜的相关表征数据，如原子力显微镜图、X射线光电子能谱、光学图像等；多尺度有机微纳器件（有机薄膜器件、准单层膜器件和自组装单分子膜器件）的相关表征数据，如光学图像、原子力显微镜图像等；多尺度有机微纳器件的电学、光学测试数据，如有机薄膜场效应晶体管载流子迁移率、单分子膜器件电流开关比等。数据量约84.1MB。This dataset includes the synthetic preparation processes of functional small molecules and anchoring groups, as well as the fabrication processes of self-assembled monolayers (SAMs). It contains relevant characterization data for self-assembled monolayers, such as atomic force microscopy (AFM) images, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) results, optical images, and others. It also provides characterization data for multi-scale organic micro-nano devices including organic thin-film devices, quasi-monolayer devices and self-assembled monolayer devices, such as optical images and atomic force microscopy images. Additionally, it covers electrical and optical test data of these multi-scale organic micro-nano devices, such as carrier mobility of organic thin-film field-effect transistors and current on-off ratio of monolayer devices. The total data volume is approximately 84.1 MB.
