Passive inflation simulations in hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients (see related publication and datasets). One inflation per sample. The chambers are filled by ramping the endocardial pressure, and the passive pressure-volume behaviour is recorded as time series of chamber volume (lv_endo.vol.dat, rv_endo.vol.dat, la_endo.vol.dat, ra_endo.vol.dat) against the applied endocardial pressure (*_endo.nbc_p.dat), together with the solver logs (mechanics.log, electrics.log). Input parameters and values are also included in each sample folder (parameters.par).
