Genome-scale model-assisted microbial valorization of agricultural waste biomass to poly(3-hydroxybutyrate)

RNA-seq was performed to compare the transcriptomes of an Escherichia coli strain producing poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) [P(3HB)] under two cultivation conditions: a defined MR medium with glucose (control) and a radish waste hydrolysate medium. This dataset captures condition-dependent gene expression changes during fermentation and is intended to evaluate how a complex agricultural hydrolysate influences cellular responses and P(3HB) production relative to the glucose control.
