This dataset contains measurement data of localization precision using single-molecule interferometric localization microscopy. The localization precision of the single-molecule interferometric localization microscope was measured using 40 nm fluorescent microspheres. This dataset includes raw image files, data result files processed with MATLAB, and result images.
