This data set is about the production of TCR β chains in the peripheral blood of identical twins (MZ), fraternal twins (DZ) and non-twins (NT) and the homogeneity and heterogeneity of the pseudogene CDR3 library.The data set is sequenced at BGI by using high-throughput technology. It contains the TCR data of 3 pairs of identical twins and the TCR data of 3 pairs of fraternal twins and explores the pseudogenes of twins for the first time. It suggested that individual genetic factors were biased towards V (D) J initial recombination and MHC-autopeptide tolerance selection in the thymus.
