Stimulated Electromagnetic Emission data for August 2023 LANL experiments at HAARP

Recordings of high-frequency stimulated electromagnetic emission (SEE) sidebands collected during High frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) experiments conducted by researchers from Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL) at the Polar Aeronomy and Radio Science Summer School in August 2023. These data are used to generate the SEE plots in the Anderson, et al., submission to Radio Science entitled "Optimizing HAARP beam pattern for generation of strong F-region field-aligned irregularities" (2025RS008343).
