Histologic and molecular patterns in responders and non-responders with chronic-active antibody mediated rejection

Endothelial, inflammatory, cellular, interferon gamma and calcineurin inhibitor related genes were analyzed in 10 therapy responders and 6 non responders in chronic active antibody mediated rejection (caABMR) in kidney transplantation. Sixteen kidney transplant biopsies taken between 2008 and 2016 with only pure, unquestonable caABMR and no other pathologic features were analyzed in respect to 44 target genes and 4 house-keeping genes.
