Apis mellifera Raw sequence reads

For exploring the molecular mechanism of four honey bee (Apis mellifera) capping pheronmones (methyl palmitate, methyl oleate, methyl linoleate and methyl linolenate), We analyed the gene expression of non-capped (4 day), capping (6 day) and capped (8 day)honey bee worker and drone larvae to identify the biosynthetic pathways for these four pheromones in honey bee larvae. Six larval treatments including non-capped, capping and capped worker and drone larvae were sequenced by RNA-Seq and each treatment has 3 biological replicates.
