DXTIZY5GWTD20整体硬质合金铣刀铣削加工过程监测数据

该数据库主要包含了切削加工过程中产生的声发射信号（共计两通道）、振动加速度信号（共计6通道）以及加工过程中拍摄的刀具磨损图片。数据于2022年7月采集，采用的加工装备为德玛吉五轴加工中心并采用东华信号采集系统采集传感器的信号，原始数据由东华测试软件导出为txt文本文件并保存。

This database primarily includes two-channel acoustic emission signals, six-channel vibration acceleration signals generated during the cutting process, as well as tool wear images captured throughout the machining procedure. The data was collected in July 2022, using a DMG 5-axis machining center as the processing equipment, and the Donghua Signal Acquisition System was utilized to collect signals from the sensors. The raw data was exported as TXT text files and saved via the Donghua Test Software.
