Trypanosoma cruzi alternates between replicative and non-replicative life forms accompanied by a shift on global transcription levels and by changes in their nuclear architecture and chromatin proteome and histone post-translational modifications. To gain further insights about epigenetics regulation that follows life forms differences, we performed a genome-wide high-resolution nucleosome mapping using two T. cruzi life forms (epimastigotes and cellular trypomastigotes).
