We performed RNA-seq in the liver of wild-type (WT) mice in response to a single bout aerobic exercise. Exercise induced the downregulation of insulin signaling pathway. Before exercise, mice were synchronized with food intake for three days by daytime feeding (9:00 a.m. to 15:00 p.m.) and night time fasting (15:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.). On each day, three hours after food intake (12:00 p.m.), mice were acclimated to the treadmill by putting in their respective lanes with the belt unmoving and shock grids on for 10 minutes. Then the mice were forced to run for 5 minutes at 10 m/min. On day 4, a single bout aerobic exercise for 3hours was performed at postprandial period. Mice from 2 different conditions (Sedentary, Exercise) were subjected to RNA sequencing.
