Aligned sequences of SPILE-D genes

The aligned amino acid sequences of the SPILE-D clade genes. The alignment was conducted by mafft with L-INS-i option.

DatasetS2.fasta

All TALE homeodomain sequences used for phylogenetic analysis.

DatasetsS3_MyTrinity.fasta

De novo assembly fasta file of scallop Mizuhopecten yessoensis RNA-seq.

RNA-seq reads listed in below were downloaded, and trimming of adapters and quality filtering were conducted using Trimmomatic v.0.37 (Bolger et al., 2014); parameters for quality filtering were set as LEADING:20 TRAILING:20 SLIDINGWINDOW:4:15 MINLEN:36. Then, we performed de novo assembly using Trinity (Haas et al., 2013) with default settings (version:v2.8.4)
