Curated Benchmark Dataset of Python Vulnerability Fixes with Associated Test Cases

This dataset was created for the thesis Curating a List of Open Source Projects for a Vulnerability Repair Benchmark (Mid Sweden University, 2025). It contains 573 vulnerability cases extracted from the GitHub Security Advisory (GHSA) database, covering Python projects. The database includes metadata for 712 fix commits, 79 curated benchmark candidates, and 5,689 linked test cases, enabling reproducible evaluations of automated vulnerability repair tools.
