The canonical diplomatic French reader and master are now admitted through EGA II printed p.28. The independent standalone English EGA 0-IV source was rechecked sentence by sentence for the corresponding page; no source-grounded correction was necessary, so R196 is an exact 127-file identity successor and the 1,345-page English reader was correctly not rebuilt. French and English retain separate masters, sources, manifests, QA, and reversible ledgers; there is no bilingual, paired, parallel, side-by-side, interleaved, or combined reader. Printed p.28 completes Corollary 2.3.12, adds Corollaries 2.3.13–2.3.17 and the proof of 2.3.17, begins section 2.4 with the compatible affine-chart construction 2.4.1, and adds Proposition 2.4.2 with proof. The French reader is 162 pages; physical p.162 passed serialized visual QA. F27, B28F, E2P28, R196, and C30 preserve the admitted manifests, exact hashes, decisions, and inverses. 03_INDEX.md remains non-reader semantic metadata. Canonical French EGA 0–IV remains incomplete; after this public closure the next direct-NUMDAM cursor is EGA II printed p.29, appended without removing any source suffix.
