scRNA-seq was performed using 10x Genomics platform. Study was carried on a patient diagnosed as acute megakaryoblastic leukemia (AMKL) combined with plasma cell neoplasm and treated with anti-CD38 therapy. Data was collected before and after treatment.
The dataset includes two cellranger processed matrices and seurat object during the analysis.
