Fingertip Videos for Heart Rate estimation

Videos of fingertip were recorded with Redmi Note 8 smartphone camera. Data was collected from 24 participants, both male and female in the age group of5 to 77 years. Each participant’s finger was illuminated withtorch light which was right next to the camera. The cameralens was then completely covered with the fingertip. Video was recorded for 20 seconds. The recording frequency of the camera was 30 frames per second (fps). Simultaneously, the ground truth HR was recorded using the Andesfit Health pulse oximeter. The dataset contained HR readings from 59 to 119 bpm.<br>This dataset can be used to extract the PPG waveform from the videos. The ground truth heart rate recorded in excel file can be used as a reference to validate your estimations.本数据集使用Redmi Note 8智能手机摄像头采集指尖视频数据。数据采集自24名年龄介于5至77岁的男女受试者。每名受试者的指尖均使用紧贴摄像头的手电筒进行照明，随后将指尖完全覆盖摄像头镜头。视频录制时长为20秒，摄像头采集帧率为30帧每秒（fps）。与此同时，使用Andesfit Health脉搏血氧仪采集真实标注心率（ground truth HR）数据，本数据集的心率读数范围为59至119次/分钟（bpm）。 本数据集可用于从视频中提取光电容积脉搏波描记法（Photoplethysmography，简称PPG）波形。存储于Excel文件中的真实心率数据可作为参考，用于验证您的心率估算结果。
