Integrated multi trophic aquaculture pond is a unique ecosystem. The difference of mixed animals in this ecosystem will lead to significant changes in the biological and chemical characteristics of its sediment. However, the effects of mixed culture of shrimp, crab and clam on the diversity and structure of bacterial community in pond sediment have not been well studied. Therefore, we sequenced the 16S rRNA gene by illumina technology, and analyzed the differences of bacterial community structure in sediment of shrimp-crab polyculture (SC) and shrimp-crab-clam polyculture (SCC) ponds in three months (Jul, Oct, Dec) and the driving role of environmental factors.
