To confirm the
phylogenetic position of Broussonetia
kaempferi Sieb. var. australis Suzuki., a phylogenomic analysis was performed based on 23 other species from
the moraceae and one outgroup(celtis cerasifera) were used to construct
phylogenetic tree.. A total of 58 protein-coding genes shared by all species
were extracted and were aligned using MUSCLE (Edgar 2004). The maximum
likelihood (ML) analysis was conducted using RAxML version 8.0 software
(Stamatakis 2014) based on the GTR + GAMMA nucleotide substitution model with
1000 bootstrap replicates. The phylogenetic analysis showed that Broussonetia kaempferi Sieb. var. australis
Suzuki was clustered into Broussonetia kaempferi and were closely related to
Broussonetia kazinoki ,and Broussonetia papyrifera
(Figure 1). is consistent with previous (Chen et al.2021). The complete
chloroplast genome of Broussonetia kaempferi Sieb. var. australis Suzuki
reported here contributes to the research of evolutionary studies and
conservation biology whithin Moraceae.
