Data and code from an article on the dominance of exotic species in the tree cover of urban squares in an Amazonian metropolis.

We investigated the composition, diversity, and representativeness of Amazonian flora across public squares in Manaus, Central Amazonia. Exotic species predominated and exotic species with invasive potential were identified, posing significant risks to local biodiversity. We tested the influence of square area and age on tree community structure using multiple linear regressions. The data, code, and resulting figures and tables are available here.
