Spacecraft Charging Test Considerations for Composite Materials

Composite materials present an emerging challenge for spacecraft charging studies. We present a review of some recent lessons learned for charging tests of composite materials using both parallel-plate and electron beam test geometries. We also discuss examples significant variations between some materials despite having the same trade names.
