The transgenic soybean Zhonghuang6106 which has resistance to glyphosate, conventional parental line of Zhonghuang6106 , conventional variety were sowed in soil collected in Baihe base, and transgenic soybean Zhonghuang6106 also treated with water and glyphosate (1mg/L) in V3 stage, respectively. Plants from the seedling stage (V3), flowering stage (R2), podding stage (R5), and maturity stage (R8) were chose and five niches were selected for sampling, including bulk soil, rhizoplane, root endosphere, phylloplane and leaf endosphere.
