尼勒克县新疆黑蜂蜂蜜维生素含量数据集

尼勒克县地处伊犁河谷腹地,新疆黑蜂保护区生态环境无污染,蜜源植物非常丰富,气候凉爽,主要有牛至、百里香、密花香薷、一枝黄花、大蓟、牛蒡、党参、野薄荷、蒿苯、贝母、直齿荆芥等276种野生植物，独特的蜜源酿造高品质的蜂蜜，因此有必要探究新疆黑蜂蜂蜜营养成分含量。蜂蜜中维生素成分含量因来源植物类型不同、来源地域不同而差异较大，因此有必要建立尼勒克地区新疆黑蜂蜂蜜维生素含量数据集。本数据集是采集尼勒克地区7个产区新疆黑蜂蜂蜜样品，按照相关国家标准方法测定维生素含量。Located in the hinterland of the Ili River Valley, Nilka County falls within the Xinjiang Black Bee Reserve, which boasts an ecologically unpolluted environment, abundant nectar resources and a cool climate. There are 276 species of wild plants here, including Oregano, Thyme, Dense-flowered Elsholtzia, Goldenrod, Bull Thistle, Burdock, Radix Codonopsis, Wild Mint, Ligusticum, Fritillaria, Linear-lobed Catnip and many others. The unique nectar sources yield high-quality honey, thus making it necessary to investigate the nutrient components of Xinjiang Black Bee honey. The vitamin content in honey varies considerably depending on the types of nectar source plants and the production region, so it is essential to establish a dataset of vitamin content for Xinjiang Black Bee honey from the Nilka region. This dataset was developed by collecting honey samples of Xinjiang Black Bees from 7 producing areas in the Nilka region, and determining their vitamin content in accordance with relevant national standard methods.
