Supporting Data for "The Mediating Roles of Emotional Reactivity and Regulation in the Relationship Between Insomnia, Depression, and Anxiety"

This dataset contain data from the student's thesis titled "The Mediating Roles of Emotional Reactivity and Regulation in the Relationship Between Insomnia, Depression, and Anxiety". It consists of two sub-datasets: the first one is a daily study of two weeks with 60 participants. The second one is a longitudinal study of 924 participants and the data was collected over three months, once per month. Both datasets contained the data of the sleep and mood disturbances, and emotional reactivity and regulation of the participants. <br>
