miRNAs profile of exosomes derived from Fusobacterium nucleatum infected SW480 cells [exosomes]

MicroRNAs play important roles in the tumorigenesis and metastasis of colorectal cancer (CRC). Recently, some studies have reported Fusobacterium nucleatum could influence microRNAs expression. This study aims to use a microRNA sequencing to analyze the microRNA expression profiles in Fn-infected CRC cells-derived exosomes. Overall design: Detection of microRNA expression profile in exosomes isolated from SW480 cells treated with or without Fusobacterium nucleatum.
