Source code for fitness landscape optimization algorithm

The proposed study is based on a new idea of the fitness landscape optimization process for different classes of replicator systems. Here, we include the repository describing the numerical calculations we performed. The code is written in C ++ . In the first part, we calculate the evolutionary dynamics of the bi-hypercycle system. In the second part, we examine the evolution of the system with new species inclusion.
