Gene expression in PBMC treated with cilostazol,Ginkgo Biloba Extract and rosuvastatin

The primary objective for collecting RNA-seq data in this study was to uncover the molecular mechanisms through which various drug impacts cardiovascular health. Specifically, the study aimed to explore how these drugs affects monocyte-to-macrophage differentiation and endothelial cell functions, both of which are crucial in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases. Healthy donors' Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells (PBMCs) were isolated and divided into two groups: one treated with drugs and the other with a vehicle control. After the treatment period, total RNA was extracted from these cells.
