Whole genome sequencing of Brassica rapa ssp. pekinensis early-bolting mutant

In flowering plants, bolting signals the transition from vegetative to reproductive growth. There is an urgent need to create germplasm resources of Chinese cabbage with easy bolting characteristics. In this investigation, early bolting mutant was created by using ethyl methanesulfonate solution to treat Chinese cabbage doubled haploid seeds.
