Data for Figure 6 in: "Chiral Fluorescent Antifungal Azole Probes Detect Resistance, Uptake Dynamics, and Subcellular Distribution Differences in Candida Species" (DOI: 10.1021/jacsau.4c00479)

This dataset includes the raw microscopy images used for generating the plots in Figure 6, as described in the manuscript.
Each folder contains images for the specified strain, taken during two independent repetition experiments, with subfolders for each time point. Each time point contains three Bright Field (BF) images and the corresponding three fluorescent (CFP) images per repetition per probe enantiomer. The files are named using the following format: strain + ENAN1 (for images of probe 1S) / ENAN2 (for images of probe 1R) + BF or CFP + image number.
For example:

* The file T-280_ENAN1_BF_1.tif in the "0min" folder under "Repetition 1" in "Strain 10 - T280" refers to Bright Field image number 1 of strain T-280 at 0 minutes, during the first repetition.
* Similarly, the file T-280_ENAN1_CFP_1.tif in the "0min" folder under "Repetition 1" in "Strain 10 - T280" refers to the fluorescent image number 1 of probe 1S of strain T-280 at 0 minutes, during the first repetition.
