Here we deposit all the data and scripts used in our paper. <br> In the sheet "All_DATA_Paper.xlsx" you can find: - Res_StageI: the adjusted means of hybrids from the first stage. - Matrix H: the genomic relationship of hybrids - cov_amb_BIOMASSA: climate data collected during field trials <br> In the file "Scripts_Paper_genetics.txt" is the script used for all analyses performed in the study.
