Global metagenomic survey of the swine gut virome reveals ecological drivers of phage-bacterial interactions across 25 countries

This Zenodo deposit accompanies the Global Swine Virome Catalogue (GSVC) manuscript. It provides large files that are not hosted on GitHub, including: (1) high_quality_vOTUs_final.fasta.zip and medium_quality_vOTUs_final.fasta.zip — representative vOTU genomes (high-quality: ≥90% complete; medium-quality: 50–90% complete); (2) CRISPR_MAGs_01–10.tar.gz — dereplicated bacterial metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) used for CRISPR spacer-based host–virus linking. The GSVC comprises 224,572 vOTUs derived from 5,064 metagenomes across 25 countries and 82 locations.
