CD spectroscopy at 220 nm was performed at a scan rate of 1°C/min to determine the dissociation temperature (Tdiss) of YscUC and suppressor mutants (Figure 7A). The kinetics of the dissociation process (τdiss) was monitored with CD spectroscopy at 220 nm and NMR spectroscopy at 37°C and 30°C.
