The aim of this project is to investigate HIV reservoir activity using Nanopore sequencing and to evaluate its relationship with cardiovascular disease. We analysed PBMCs from ART-suppressed individuals to evaluate putative APOBEC3-mediated premature stop codons and antiretroviral drug-resistance mutations as surrogate markers of low-level productive infection.
