资源简介:
This dataset was analyzed to determine the SARS-CoV-2 seroprevalence in migrants temporally residing in Bucaramanga, and to identify factors associated with previous SARS-CoV-2 infection. A survey was conducted that included demographic variables, comorbidities, smoking, height and weight to calculate the Body Mass Index (BMI), presence of symptoms suggestive of COVID-19, exposure to suspected or confirmed COVID-19 cases. Also, some practices related with the transmission of SARS-CoV-2 was collected. Subsequently, temperature, pulse, oximetry, and a venous blood sample were taken. Using chemiluminescence immunoassays, SARS-CoV-2 IgM and IgG in serum were performed. In this study 462 participants were included. The IgM seroprevalence was 11.69% (95%CI 9.07–14.94), IgG was 32.90% (95%CI 28.77–37.31) and IgM or IgG was 36.15% (95%CI 31.89-40.63). Exposure to a COVID-19 confirmed case (PR:1.54; 95%CI 1.04-2.29) or COVID-19 suspected case (PR:1.56; 95%CI 1.13-2.16), six or more cohabitants (PR:1.52; 95%CI 1.05-2.20), stay in Colombia ≥2 years (PR:1.43; 95%CI 1.11-1.92) and the presence of symptoms (PR:1.62; 95%CI 1.26-2.10) were associated with higher IgG seroprevalence.
