Ziziphus jujuba cultivar:Huizao Transcriptome or Gene expression

Jujube witches'-broom (JWB) disease has been regarded as a destructive disease for Chinese jujube which is an economically important fruit crop. The disease is incurable at present and molecular base of interaction between host and pathogen still known limited. A healthy plant, healthy and infected branches of an infected plant were collected, using NGS Illumina Solex platform, about 145.0 million high quality sequencing reads were generated and assembled de novo. These data provide a valuable resource for breeding and further researches of Jujube Witches'-Broom disease.
