为描述青藏高原及周边地区（泛第三极地区）主要驯化动物遗传多样性的分布格局，厘清其相关遗传背景，我们对15个番鸭大脑、肺、肝等组织，10个珍珠鸡大脑、心、肾等组织，12个猪肝组织，8个猪肌肉组织，45个狗脑、肝、脾等组织提取总RNA，利用illumina 2000平台开展双端测序，获得转录组重测序数据。本数据集包含1个数据信息表（excel）和90个转录组原始数据（fastq）。数据信息表记录样本采
