RNAseq for Young Old mouse liver hepatocytes with and without high fat diet

Our Goal was to determine how hepatocytes of young and old mice differentially respond to 9-weeks of high fat diet vs normal chow. Overall design: Upon receipt mice were rested for at least 2-weeks prior to initiation of experiment in which mice were maintained on either High fat diet (58y1, TestDiet) or normal CHOW (Teklad global 18% protein) for 9-weeks prior to euthanasia and hepatocyte isolation.
