Collected data for Shin et al. (2024): Energy inputs imprint seasonality and fractal scaling on river metabolic regimes

This resource contains time series data of gross primary production (GPP), ecosystem respiration (ER), water temperature, and discharge obtained from Appling et al. (2018), photosynthetically active radiation of open-sky, stream surface, and benthos obtained from Savoy and Harvey (2021) of total 87 sites (n=50 for GPP and n=74 for ER).
