We have cloned two sets of t(6;11) fusion genes with breakpoints in the majorand minor BCR of the MLL/KMT2A gene. Both setsof fusion genes were stably transfected alone or in combiantion to analyze their molecular power All fusion genes (n=4) were constructed by fusing distinct cDNA portions of MLL/KMT2A with AF6/AFDN via a short intronic sequence
