To investigate that Tubastain A, a HDAC6 inhibitor, has effect on early stage of iTreg differentiation, we treated naïve CD4+ T cells with DMSO (vehicle control) or 10 uM Tubastatin A and cultured the cells under Treg-skewing condition for 1 day. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data from RNA-seq of 2 different samples.
