A structure and evolutionary-based classification of Solute Carriers

Raw data for Figure 1 and Figure 2 of the paper: "A structure and evolutionary-based classification of Solute Carriers", iScience, in press.
figureN_ids.txt: is a two-column file with an number id (first column) mapping to a SLC protein name (second column).
figureN_distance.txt: is a three-column file reporting the names of two SLCs (first and second column) and their respective structure distance (ie., d = 1-similarity) (third column).
figureN_treeNewick.txt: is the resulting dendrogram of the hierarchical clustering analysis, in Newick format (for details see Methods in the paper).
