Building Permits in 2024

The dataset contains locations and attributes of building construction and alteration permits applied for and approved by the District of Columbia Department of Buildings. These data are shared via an automated process where addresses are batch matched (geocoded) to the District's Master Address Repository. Users may find that some data points will contain 0,0 for X,Y coordinates resulting in inconsistent spatial locations. Addresses for these data points could not be automatically geocoded and will need to be manually geocoded to 'best fit' locations in DC.本数据集收录哥伦比亚特区建筑署（District of Columbia Department of Buildings）受理并审批的建筑施工与改建许可的位置信息及属性数据。本数据集通过自动化流程共享，流程中地址将被批量匹配并地理编码（geocoded）至哥伦比亚特区主地址库（Master Address Repository）。部分数据点的X、Y坐标会显示为0,0，导致空间位置不一致，用户或可遇到此类情形。此类数据点对应的地址无法通过自动化流程完成地理编码，需经人工地理编码以匹配至哥伦比亚特区内的“最佳匹配”位置。
