Integrated Retinal Fundus Set (IRFundusSet) is a comprehensive retinal fundus imaging dataset jointly developed by Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute and Shenzhen Eye Hospital. This dataset integrates 46,064 images from 10 distinct public data sources, covering a diverse range of image acquisition devices, ethnic groups, age cohorts, and retinopathies. Throughout the entire dataset curation process, the research team conducted manual reviews and annotations on all included images to ensure both data quality and consistency. IRFundusSet finds broad applications across multiple domains: it is primarily utilized to support computer-aided diagnosis of retinal diseases and the research and development of artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms, aiming to improve the efficiency of disease screening and clinical management.
