This 16-color panel has been developed for an extensive functional phenotyping of T cells in Rhesus Macaque PBMC.
Conclusion:
Successful establishment of a 16-color immunophenotyping experiment. Cytek CQ calibration beads were used for instrumental QC, performed at every run. The QC software adjusts laser delays, area scaling factors and gains settings to account for instrument variability over time.
