A recently developed liquid phase exome capture assay, targeting ~62 Mb of exon sequence of barley was used to capture genomic sequence information of three diploid introgression lines (on chromosomes 2HL, 5HL & 6HS) of cultivated barley containing chromatin of its close relative H. bulbosum.
